What shipping options does On Time Supplies offer?

FREE SHIPPING: Customers residing in the 48 contiguous states receive FREE delivery on all orders over $75.00 (restrictions apply*).
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: All orders under $75.00 receive flat-rate shipping of $7.95 (some restrictions apply**).
**Please note that we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

How does delivery work?

DOES ON TIME SUPPLIES DELIVER TO MAIL DROP LOCATIONS?

A “Mail Drop” location is an address where a business or service accepts mail deliveries on behalf of a customer. On Time Supplies will deliver to Mail Drop locations such as a UPS Store (formerly Mail Boxes Etc.). However, On Time Supplies is unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.

What types of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks and Google Checkout, as well as Purchase Orders from schools and government customers.

Important Billing Information:

The charge on your credit card statement for an order placed through our website will appear as “On Time Supplies.” Invoices not paid by the due date or considered past due will be subject to a finance charge. The finance charge will be calculated using the highest rate allowable by law.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax on orders shipped in CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NM, KS, NJ, NC, OH, OK, PA, TN, and VA.If you are shipping to either of those States and are tax exempt, please send your resale certificate or relevant tax exempt documents to us at orders@ontimesupplies.com.

Which supplies are not returnable?

Clearance Items.
Food items.
Medicine and first aid supplies.
Special order or custom made products.

Unboxed items.We only sell new items and we can not resell items that are not properly packaged.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the following items are not returnable: wipes, towels, tissues, toilet tissues, cleaning products, soaps, sanitizers and cleaning products including dispensers, goggles, masks and other safety apparel.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You are free to return almost any unopened item within 30 days of receipt. Items received after this will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee.
We pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error. For all other returns, customers are responsible for roundtrip shipping.
